Only certain neutral particles would exist, no electrons, no protons, and probably no neutrons, which, when free, decay into a proton, electron, and neutrino, the latter being perhaps the only "truly neutral" stable particle. Light would not exist because it is electromagnetic radiation. Whatever neutral matter could exist, may be compressed by gravity to extreme density, somewhat like dwarf stars, if gravity could still be present without existence of electric forces (a relation between gravity, electric and other forces might exist).

Flying saucers, if they existed, might be propelled by very intense electromagnetic radiation. One of the most impressive developments during the last few years, however, has been the light laser (or maser for short radio waves), which allows one to produce extremely precisely directed electromagnetic waves. " Such coherent light can then be made extremely intense and well directed. Besides its great scientific interest, during the few years since its inception the laser has become a very important tool.
